Ashlee’s Powers ships all orders through USPS, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 2 PM Pacific Time (5 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

Ashlee’s Powers can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Can Ashlee’s Powers ship outside of the United States?

Ashlee’s Powers can ship to all U.S. territories, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $50. We do not ship internationally as of yet.

Ashlee’s Powers can ship to APO/FPO bases, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $50.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at info@ashleespowers.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using USPS Tracking Intercept to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you; you can use this number to track your order through USPS Tracking.

Can my order ship through the weekend?

USPS will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

How soon can Ashlee’s Powers ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my Ashlee’s Powers order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them.
